2 Originality & Compliance
You confirm that all content you create is original, does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, and complies with local advertising disclosure laws. You agree to use #Ad, #Gifted, or #Sponsored in all relevant posts as required by law and platform guidelines.
3 Collaboration Agreement
You acknowledge that this agreement is part of the MelboFix Partner Program and that no additional compensation is owed for the use of your submitted content in brand advertisements, social media, or any other promotional material beyond the agreed commission structure.
