By accessing or purchasing from OSISS™ (osiss.com.pk), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the site. OSISS™ is owned and operated by OSISS Enterprises (Pvt) Ltd, Lahore, Pakistan.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are for informational purposes and are subject to change.

We accept payment via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD verification call. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

Delivery timelines are estimates only. OSISS™ is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

Returns are only accepted for damaged, leaking, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours. Sale items are non-returnable. See our Returns & Exchange Policy for full details.
