At OSISS™, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and clinical quality. Due to the nature of skincare and haircare products, we only accept returns or exchanges if the product you received is damaged, leaking, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Any products purchased during a Sale, Promotion, or at a Discounted Price are strictly Non-Returnable, Non-Exchangeable, and Non-Refundable.
Please ensure your selection is correct before finalizing your order during sales events.
To be eligible for an exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:
Notify Us Within 24–48 Hours
You must contact our support team within 24–48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted.
Unopened & Unused Product
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original luxury packaging with all seals, stickers, and safety features fully intact.
Proof of Purchase Required
Your Order Number or Invoice is mandatory. Claims without valid proof of purchase cannot be processed.
If you received a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, please follow these steps immediately:
- Take clear photos and videos of the damaged product, packaging, and the courier bag/box — before opening further.
- Contact us via WhatsApp at +92-304-1345-111 or email support@osiss.com.pk within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your Order ID, full name, and contact number in your message.
- Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days and guide you through the next steps.
